Membership & Events Terms and conditions
Membership Eligibility & Commitment
Membership is offered on an annual basis and includes access to The Transformational Mastermind retreats, monthly integration meetings, and select special events.
Because this program is designed as a closed, intimate container where each retreat builds upon the last, retreats are offered only as part of the full mastermind experience and are not available as one-time purchases.
Membership is limited to 16 women, held in two Circles of 8. Each woman’s presence and commitment is essential to the depth, safety, and transformation of the group.
Payment & Renewal
Membership fees are payable annually in full or in installments, as agreed upon at the time of signup.
Accepted payment methods include credit card or wire transfer.
Membership does not auto-renew; invitations to renew will be extended prior to the following year’s program.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership is for a full-year program. Because spaces are limited and each member’s commitment is vital to the group, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance or participation.
A rescheduled date for the same event.
Event & Retreat Participation
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).
Liability Waiver
By attending any retreat, circle, or event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You release and hold harmless The Transformational Mastermind, its owners, facilitators, employees, and contractors from any and all claims related to injury, illness, loss, or property damage.

- Cancellations: If you cannot attend a retreat or mastermind session, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant with prior written approval. Transfers must be arranged at least 30 days before the event.
- Extraordinary Circumstances: If The Transformational Mastermind must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a natural disaster, government restrictions, or facilitator illness), you will receive either:
A rescheduled date for the same event.
- Dispute Resolution: By enrolling, you agree to resolve any concerns directly with The Transformational Mastermind team rather than initiating a chargeback. This protects the integrity of our community and ensures a fair resolution process.
Event & Retreat Participation
- Members are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and insurance unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not follow community agreements or whose behavior is disruptive to the safety and harmony of the group.
